We are really happy to announce you that we have gained Certificate of Excellence 2010 from Tripadvisor. This certificate for our apartments in Prague, particularly for Residence Karolina is the best reward for us. We would like to thank you for the trust you gave us and we will do our best to keep this level of service on this level and even improve it.

Next to Residence Karolina we will work on improving the ratings of other residences (Residence Brehova, Residence Masna, Residence Rybna and Residence Rybna). All of these properties are suitable for short (vacation) term rent and long term rent in Prague.
