For shortening the Lease terms stated in the Lease Agreement during your stay we apply two following rules. 

Length of stay 5 days and less:

Termination notice must be presented a one day prior to the termination till 11.00 A.M. otherwise the Rent corresponding to one day will be charged.

Stay for 6 days and more:

To refund you the unused Rent in full we require to receive such an amendment notice the number of days prior the Lease termination corresponding to 50% of total unused number of days. If you don't comply with this rule we will refund you the amount corresponding to the remaining part of the Rent less Cancellation fee corresponding to the Rent for the number of days to fulfil this rule.

E.g. the Lease term is signed for 28 days and you want to terminate it after 20 days, we expect the notice from you 4 days before the termination at the latest (50% of 8 unused days), if we receive termination notice 2 days prior you departure we will charge another 2 days as a cancellation fee and the paid Rent equivalent to 6 days we be refunded.

Regardless of the cancellation conditions above, we offer to our guest 48 hours satisfaction guarantee. It means that if after your arrival into the apartment (a) you are not fully satisfied with its settings and equipment and/or we failed to prepare it to perfect conditions and (b) you will announce us your dissatisfaction within 48 hours after the handover and (c) immediately after receipt of such a notice in reasonable time we won't be able to provide you with satisfactory improvement or any other action reasonably likely to effect correction you have the right to terminate the Lease contract immediately without the necessity to pay cancellation fee according to our cancellation conditions.

We will then charge the Rent corresponding to the certain number of standard daily rates for the period you used the apartment only regardless what was your daily average of agreed Rent in the Lease agreement.
